I'd like to thank Josh for this unbelievably fast work! Wow, you're  
something else! A few things about the list:

1. It should be used for information and comments that are applicable  
to the list as a whole, and not for personal email.
2. Any hate speech or other harmful language will result in removal  
from the list.
3. We should try to use the list to plan events, draw opinions,  
initiate actions, and to have some fun! If you have colleagues,  
friends or community members who would like to be list members,
