[Forum] Open Studios Website

Hi. Two things in response to Jason's query.
I enjoyed participating in the first Open Studios and do expect to do
so again. But my participation will depend on my access to both wall
and table space at 107 Main Street (or its similarly central
equivalent) for the event, as I did this fall. My home workspace is
to small and inaccessible to serve the Open Spaces purpose.
I assume other artists will have similar concerns. Can we assume that
nailing down such accommodations will once again be a priority for
the OS organizers?
Also, I've got a procedural question about this forum. With other
listserve's that I participate in, when one hits REPLY, the resulting
message is automatically directed to the entire list of participants
rather than to the email address of the person (in this case, Jason)
who sent the message one is replying to. This did not automatically
happen with this email—or at least, there was no evidence that it
would happen in the email's TO: field.
As a way of eliminating uncertainty, I have manually added a copy to
the address we've been given for the Berkshire Artists. Confusingly,
the readout of this address, in my iMac's address book as Berkshire
Artists Forum, is Kurt's Kolok Gallery. This leaves me less than
certain that this message will be shared with the entire listserv by
virtue of either email address, or that private email I might send to
Jason or Kurt will NOT be sent to the entire listserv.
It's possible that my computer is handling these emails
idiosyncratically. But if others have the same experience, shouldn't
the process be clarified so that when one replies to email with a
subject line beginning with [Forum], the reply will be clearly
directed to the Forum and not to an individual?
How one does this is beyond my area of geekish competence, but I
assume there are standard ways to setting things up that way, since
other online forums do so.
Just a suggestion. My apologies if this message arrives in everyone's
email inboxes twice as a result of my uncertainty.
