[Forum] how to use the mailing list

There was a bit of confusion about how the list works, so here is a 
quick review:

To send an email to everyone on the list:
 > send your email to: forum at berkshirevisualarts.org

To reply to ONLY the sender of an email that was sent to the list:
 > click "reply" in your email program and it will send to only that 
person.

To reply to the entire list:
 > click "reply to all", which will send an email to both the original 
sender and to  forum at berkshirevisualarts.org


All emails that are sent from the forum software will have [Forum] in 
the subject (which is a handy way to filter them to a folder if you sort 
email that way).


Everyone who is signed up currently gets each individual email that is 
sent to the list.
If you would prefer to get just one email each day with a summary of the 
emails that were sent that day, you can go to the following address and 
select "daily digest" mode:

password was emailed to you when we created the account)
