I had a thought which may have already been addressed, but here goes.

Would it make sense for us to create an excel spread sheet of our combined
skills?

If we knew for instance how many graphic designers, carpenters,
photographers,

coffee drinkers, film makers, editors, musicians, painters, and so on we
have living here, 

it might help us to see where we can be the most effective, but especially 

shed some light on what our community team is made up of, both strengths and


weaknesses. I think we are all, by default multi-talented.  If we know both
our

strengths (and especially our weaknesses) as a whole we can better steer the
future.

 Does this seem like something that would be valuable for us to create?
