[Forum] Initial survey results

I agree with Jaye. We need lots more respondents for this to be
statistically significant, and the low number will buttress the argument for
not paying us any more attention. Additionally, in order for survey results
to be useful to policymakers, we probably need to become more specific with
the questions.
