[Forum] Know any artists/creative types looking for a N. Adams home?

Friends of mine will soon be placing their BEAUTIFUL, large (single 
family) historic home in the heart of N. Adams on the market.  Since 
some people on this list may know of someone who's looking to move to 
North Adams and may have a specific type of home in mind I thought I'd 
help spread the word.  Obviously if the home were to sell before 
officially going on the market it would save both our friends from 
having to pay for the cost of dealing with an agent.  I won't bog this 
list down with details of the home--just to say that I'd be happy to 
forward information if you or someone you know may be interested in 
learning more.

I have no personal interest in the sale of this property other than to 
see more creative minds move to the area.
