[Forum] Hadley overpass rehab: Share your vision

Today's Transcript has an article about the Hadley Overpass rehab 
scheduled to take place next year.  We have the opportunity to submit 
suggestions/thoughts over the next few days of things to be considered 
for the plan.  The mayor has already said there will be period lighting 
on the bridge and some have suggested more attractive railings, 
flowers/planters, etc...  Just thought I'd remind members of the arts 
community here that this is a key opportunity to make sure that your 
artistic vision is considered for a major construction project that also 
happens to be a gateway to North Adams.  The contact receiving the input
