[Forum] sign-in lists

Hi, you two.

Here are the two pages of the sign-in list from last night's forum. There are several new names for each of you.

I mentioned to the group that if they gave their e-mail they would likely be added to the list-serve, though it may be you'd prefer to send them invitations. We made it clear that they could opt for the digest version and that they could also decide to be removed from the list, so if you want to just add them in, feel free.
