Hello fellow forum friends, 

The Contemporary Artists Center is looking to connect with any arts related 
organizations or individuals who may need space. 

we are in negotiations with the City of North Adams for development of the 
former Notre Dame Church complex on East Main St, and have about 20,000 sq 
ft of the 50,000, still available. 

currently we are looking for folx interested in buying into permanent space.
there are three floors, each at 6600 sq ft, available. most are former 
classroom space with tall ceilings and many windows, one floor contains a 
large stage and commercial grade kitchen. 

what you would need to secure an entire floor (6600 sq ft) would be $15,000 
down and approximately $1150/mo in mortgage payments.
...or break it up and we can split it between as many people/organizations 
as you like. one 800 sq ft studio could cost as little as $3,000 down and 
$230/mo in mortgage payments. 

this is NON-LIVE SPACE (although if you wanted to convert it, the City is 
willing to work with us) 

we are envisioning a dynamic arts complex in Downtown North Adams that 
includes everything from artists studios and theater groups to offices and 
galleries.
