Is there a group of people interested in organizing a parade contingency?

The Williamstown Fourth of July Parade is fast approaching and Fall
Foliage will be here before we know it.

** a marching band of artists? (there must be people out there who
play or have played instruments at some point in their lives)

** pedal pushers? (people-powered floats)
